Quality Control & Grade Testing
Every batch undergoes rigorous on-site lab inspection. Agronomists use digital refractometers, colorimeters, and spectrometers to test pesticide residue, measure Brix sugar content, and verify physical grades to strict international compliance standards.
Washing & Sanitization Station
Multi-stage double-filtration wash systems with UV sterilization logs. Every piece is washed, disinfected, and pre-cooled before entering the main cold chain.
Export Loading & Dispatch Facility
Our strategically positioned dispatch hubs in Welimada, Nuwara Eliya, and Dambulla handle final palletisation, container loading, and export documentation. Each batch departs with a verified traceability chain and export certificate.
